Study Time = Lunch Time.
Hello everyone!
OK. So now it's official, everyone is back in school in Atlanta.
Yes, EVERYONE.
As of today, each and every county's gone back to hittin' the books.
I don't know 'bout you, but studying hard makes me think about lunch time even harder. Nothing like a hearty meal to satisfy the "I-can't-concentrate" cravings we all endure at one point or another between periods, and just after phys ed or working out.
So, here's to everyone studying.
(Ahem, raise the margarita glass.)
May this school term be your best yet.
Don't forget that after school hours are the best hours to relax and unwind.
Forget about algebra for a bit and get some of that deeee-lightful cheese dip. ;)
Plus, I'll post the winners of the Toy-Filled Crayons as soon as I'm in touch with the managers of all the restaurants. So, be sure to come back and tune in for that information.
Now go back to study hall and dream of burritos. :)

What's cookin'?
Hello everyone!
Don't think I've gone mad. Yes, I am wearing a chef's hat. And yes, my cooking is still terrible. (Hence my grand love for Frontera's always perfect cuisine.)
But guess what? I'm celebrating here.
I'm making my own recipes all the time.
Did you know that Frontera allows you to mix and match ingredients upon request to customize platters to fit your taste buds' interests? Well, they do.
Shrimp on the quesadilla? Chicken? Spinach? Mushrooms? All of the above? Ding, ding, ding! We've got a winner. Pick one, pick two, pick any flavors you want in or out of the equation.
That makes me the happiest. Just knowing that my own Mexican recipes for flavor DO count for a lot at a place that's, thankfully, not pre-frozed, processed fast food on the go. This is the real deal, and you know it!
My personal recommendation: The Steak Burrito Al Carbon, with mushrooms and a side of Frijoles Charros can't be beat.
Oh well, lunch time again.

Frontera Rocks Chastain!

I'm sooooo happy. It's the start of the new wave of concerts at our legendary Chastain Park Amphitheatre, just off Roswell Road in the Buckhead area. This year's line-up promises to deliver an amazing wave of concerts that will make us welcome the fall season with a big ol' smile on our faces. Here's the line-up for the next few weeks:

That Frontera Buckhead is straight across a few minutes from the Park, making it your one-stop food shop of choice (as is mine) for these concerts.
Give our friends at Roswell a call and let them know what you're interested in a few hours before so that they can have your food ready-to-eat. You can't beat that just-prepared feeling and having your faves at hand to make your Chastain experience all the more fantastic.
